Jill RSW, MSW, Co-Owner of New Mindset Holistic Health
Jill is a therapist, yogi, and certified energy healer with a deep passion for whole-person wellness. As co-owner of New Mindset Holistic Health, she is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing space where individuals can explore healing on every level—mind, body, and soul.
Her journey into holistic health was shaped by her own commitment to personal growth, well-being, and the integration of alternative and evidence-based healing practices. Through years of experience in the mental health field, Jill recognized that true healing goes beyond traditional therapy. She was drawn to yoga, energy healing, and holistic modalities as powerful complements to psychological wellness, leading her to blend science-backed approaches with intuitive, spiritual healing techniques.
Jill understands the challenges of the world we live in and the often difficult path of healing and self-discovery. She believes that empathy is crucial in supporting others on their journey, and that healing is not meant to be done alone. In a time when disconnection is so prevalent, she is committed to creating community—a gathering space where individuals can feel seen, heard, and supported.
In addition to supporting mental and emotional well-being, Jill is passionate about offering alternative paths for physical health and wellness that serve as powerful adjuncts to other models of healthcare. She believes that integrative approaches—whether through movement, energy healing, nutrition, or mindfulness—can work alongside traditional medicine to support vitality, balance, and long-term well-being.
Jill’s mission is to help others reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and step into a life of balance and vitality. Whether through therapeutic guidance, movement, or energy work, she believes in empowering each person to tap into their own innate wisdom and healing potential.
"Healing is a journey—one that begins with an open heart, a new perspective, and a commitment to self-discovery."
